Meet Our Staff
Site Director
Amanda Lee is our Site Director and she has been with NMCYF, since August 2017. Amanda plans and coordinates all schedules and activities for our students at PowerUP!. Along with programming she implements family outreach components for the families we serve. She loves working with kids and providing them knowledge of basic life skills and character education.
Executive Director
Nancy Burtch is our Executive Director and she has been with NMCYF since August of 2024. Nancy retired from the Chillicothe R-2 School District as the Assistant Director at Grand River Technical School. She has worked with students in school for over 30 years. She enjoys the expectations and care the staff has for the students as well as the variety of experiences.
Art/PE Coordinator
Kaylynn Bingham is our Physical Education/Art Coordinator. Kaylynn has an undergraduate degree in Communication Disorder and Audiology with a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology. Kaylynn's background allows her to understand how important it is for students to work in small groups and receive accommodations in order for them to be successful academically and socially. Kaylynn enjoys working at Power Up, because it allows her to continue her passion of personalizing instruction in Physical Education and Art.
Morning and STEM Coordinator
Noah Tomlinson is our STEM Coordinator. Noah is currently finishing a computer science degree and has taken education classes. He enjoys doing a wide variety of STEM activities with the students.

Leaders of Play/Front Desk
Kalee Perry is our Leaders of Play Coordinator. She plans and facilitates group games which require students to interact with others, use problem solving skills and learn to win or lose gracefully. She says that she loves working at PowerUp!, because the environment is gratifying for every adult and child. We have a team that helps everyone.

Learning Center/Gardening Coordinator
Carla Neeley is a retired teacher that now helps our students in the Learning Center. We appreciate her experience and knowledge of working with all students.
Learning Center Coordinator
Amy Taylor is an elementary teacher with a Masters Degree. As a teacher in the Chillicothe School district, Amy is familiar with the district standards and expectations for students.
Art/PE YPA
Art/PE YPA
Tiffany Cassidy assists students in their rotations. She is primarily in Art/PE and enjoys our students! Tiffany also helps in the kitchen.
STEM YPA

Kallie Clark is a Youth Professional Assistant that helps in the STEM room and at the front desk. Kallie enjoys working with the students and teaching them to be accountable.
Leaders of Play YPA
Kylee Link is a youth professional assistant that helps with our Leaders of Play group. Kallie enjoys the experience of getting to work with our students.
Food Service
Kaylynn Sperry prepares meals for our students. She also completes forms for the food programs and prepares food orders as well as cleaning the kitchen. We appreciate her help and the students like the food!
